Seniors Community Kitchen Workshop

Back in September of 2015, the seniors from the Frog Hollow Community received the Neighborhood Small Grants (thanks to the Vancouver Foundation) to do a Community Kitchen Workshop where participants get inspired and work together to make healthy meals. If you missed it, stay tuned for next year’s event.

I was asked to help take photos of their progress and I’ve learned so much myself as well. Many believe they learn better through hands-on experience.

These dishes look amazing, don’t they?
