Chair Yoga is a very good exercise for the seniors linking breathing with slow movements to strengthen your body and clam your mind.  The next three sessions will be held on May 29, June 5 and June 19 at 12:00 noon to 1:00pm.  The photos are taken by Jennie Yuen to show  how our seniors are doing as instructed by Gloria.
