June 4, New Plantings, Harvesting, & Seedlings

We added a few new plantings on Saturday,

some cherry tomatoes,

a Japanese eggplant,

and seeded some more lettuce

Japanese eggplant

Harvested a few little spinach leaves for a salad

Beets trying to make a show of it.

Still waiting for the Quinoa to show up!

We are also going to plant okra.

The first batch died they were too weak and small plus it was too cold.

Now we have direct seeded some and also trying some in a greenhouse to see if we can get a stronger plant.
